We purchased a new-build thinking that we’d have years of care-free maintenance and we’ve been wrong with many things. After another leak we contacted Eco Tech and were really happy that they were able to come help us so quick. Unfortunatley we got to see the poor quality of the workmanship put in during out build but the Eco Tech team sorted our issues and helped us get things the way they should be. We’ve used them annually for our boiler servicing and we feel safe having them look after us. Nice supporting a local Hastings boiler service company and they’ll always be our first go-to.
We recently inquired about having our 11 year old Potterton Puma changed for a newer and more economical Combination Boiler. Eco Tech Heating were very prompt responding and organized a date to visit our home to talk us through what would be involved. At the end of the visit all our questions were answered and we were happy for the job to go ahead. Nik and his team installed a new Vaillant eco Tec plus 824 for us, they were very polite, tidy and professional and worked all day only stopping for a lunch break. We would gladly recommend them to our friends and family.
Had a new boiler and hot water tank from Nik, he provided an excellent service, answered all our questions, turned up promptly, and did a very neat and tidy job.

Our old floor standing boiler had been giving us trouble for some time, we eventually bit the bullet and started looking for prices for a new boiler. Having found the Eco Tech Heating website on the internet we made some enquiries and found them to have the most competitive price. We had the new Baxi Solo installed and the new boiler has been fantastic providing us with a lovely warm house in this cold spell!

My Alpha combi had been playing up for weeks and eventually died on Thursday morning, after making a few calls I managed to get an engineer to look at it. Nik from Eco Tech Heating arrived on time and the diagnosis was not very good, the majority of the boiler had corroded away inside as a result of being badly installed. At such short notice he was able to organize a replacement and it was fitted in a couple of days. Thank you for your hard work and effort.
